Private Tours of the National Mall
Private tours are completely customizable, these are some highlights
that we typically visit during one of our private tours.
Tour Begins
The tour will begin at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. We will go up Pennsylvania Ave towards the US Capitol. This is the route that Presidential inaugurations travel – we will discuss how that works along the way and share some images of that event on our overhead display.
To The Capitol
On the way to the Capitol we will pass several important sites; the Old Post Office, DC’s City Council, FBI Headquarters, Department of Justice, US Navy Memorial, Newseum, Federal Court Buildings, the National Gallery of Art and plenty more.
We will stop and explore the US Capitol grounds for about 15 Minutes.
National Mall
We make our way across “The Mall” heading to the WW II Memorial. We will take you past all of the Major Smithsonian buildings, sharing images and delving into the background of how this remarkable institution was created.
